New General Plan - Revision Matrix

The General Plan Matrix of Revisions (with October 11, 2010 Addendum and Attachments) outlines all changes proposed to the New General Plan, subsequent to the November 23, 2009 City Council and Planning Commission meeting when the Public Review Draft was released.

The November 23, 2009 Draft New General Plan was reviewed, in whole and in part, extensively prior to that meeting, by City commissions, affinity groups, residents, and City Council. A total of 64 revisions are proposed. Many are minor revisions, while some revise policy and implementation programs.

The revisions to the November 23, 2009 Draft New General Plan originate from the following sources:

• November 23, 2009 Council or Planning Commission comments
• Comments on the EIR that affect General Plan text/figures
• Mitigation Measures identified in the EIR that affect General Plan text
• Commission and public comments received on the General Plan after November 23, 2009
• California Department of Housing and Community Development Comments on the Housing Element
• City Staff/General Plan team
