Read the Plan

The Downtown Precise Plan was adopted by the City Council on January 24, 2011, and was amended on September 10, 2012. It describes the vision for the future of Downtown, regulates private development, and recommends potential future City projects. The plan can be viewed by downloading the files below, by picking up a free CD from the Planning Division, or by purchasing a hard copy from the Planning Division.

Note: The plan is quite large, and has been broken into smaller pieces for ease of reading and downloading.
