City-sponsored “Understanding the Environmental Review Process” meeting informs public
The City of Redwood City hosted an informational meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 22 in the Redwood Room of the Veterans Memorial Senior Center in Redwood City to provide the community with an opportunity to become more familiar with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) process. The meeting, Understanding the Environmental Review Process, included a presentation by city staff and consultants on CEQA and how the city would undertake the review for the Saltworks project. A question & answer format allowed members of the public to gain a greater understanding of the review process and learn how to effectively participate in the environmental review for the proposed Saltworks project.
