Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The City of Redwood City received statements of qualification (SOQ) from the following professional environmental consulting firms to assist in the preparation of environmental documents associated with the review of the Saltworks development proposal in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
The firms are listed in alphabetical order, with the names of the project managers identified in the SOQ:
- Ascent Environmental, Inc.: Project Manager – Curtis Alling
- Circle Point: Project Manager – Phyllis Potter
- ESA – Environmental Science Associates: Project Manager – Amy Skewes-Cox
- Hauge Brueck Associates: Project Manager – Anders Hauge
- InSite Environmental, Inc.: Project Manager – Trevor Smith
The City completed the selection process and a recommendation to enter into an agreement for professional services with Hauge Brueck Associates (HBA) was approved by City Council on May 24, 2010. A hard copy of HBA’s SOQ is available for review at City Hall.
