Application of Dr. Abdolsalam Peyrovan for Maktab-E-Mizan for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 18, Section 4 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a place for religious gathering and meditation in one of three tenant office spaces in an existing office building. The Church will be using this facility once a week between the hours of 6PM-10PM. The project is located on a site that is approximately 20,000 square feet within the Industrial Park (IP) Zoning District.

The applicant is requesting a six (6) foot setback from the rear property line to allow for the construction of an attached one-car garage. The existing residence is located on a substandard parcel of 2,500 square foot with a 25 foot lot width. The proposed project would add a second floor, resulting in a two-story single-family residence. The site situated along the western side of Rolison Road block between Fifth Avenue and Belle Avenue in the Multi-Family Low-Density (R-3) District.
