The applicant is requesting a Use Permit pursuant to Article
15, Section 15.4 E of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a restaurant,
including the sale of alcoholic beverages. The applicants
are requesting the Use Permit to allow for a 5,693 square
foot restaurant and bar with 190 seats. The proposed site
is situated along the eastern side of Veteran Boulevard in
the western most corner of the existing 9.27 acre K-Mart site,
near the intersection of Veterans Boulevard and Walnut Street.
The existing commercial site is located within the General
Commercial (CG) District.
