for a Variance, pursuant to Article 6, section 10(B) of the
Zoning Ordinance, to construct a new, detached single-family
residence on a 22,000 square foot lot where there is an existing
duplex on the site. The subject property is located in the
R-2 (Multi-Family—Duplex) Zoning District.

Application of Oscar Sescano for a Variance from the lot
size (minimum building site areas) requirements and the second
story side yard setback requirements within the R-4 (Multi-Family
Medium Density) District.
The applicant is requesting permission to construct a two-story
single family dwelling on a substandard lot size of 3,152
square feet. The subject property is currently developed with
a single-story single-family residence. Total living space
for the proposed residence is approximately 1,830 square feet
