1. 900 Main Street (Milagros Restaurant):

Application of Greg St. Claire/Mehdi Dalvand for Milagros Restaurant for a USE PERMIT per Article 26.4(M) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the expansion of an existing bar in conjunction with a permitted restaurant expansion on the ground level of an existing building which is the Central Business Retail (CBR) Zoning District. The restaurant currently contains approximately 109 interior seats and approximately 84 exterior seats. Under this proposal, the restaurant will be adding approximately 79 seats inside. The total seating count for the restaurant will be approximately 272 seats.
