1. 2 Woodridge Court (AS Design Company on behalf of William
Martinson):
Application for a Planned Development Amendment for an addition
to an existing single-family home in the Woodhill Estates
development. The addition includes proposed exceptions to
the Zoning Ordinance requirements, specifically pursuant
to Article 4, the Residential Hillside (RH) Zoning District,
Sections 5 and 9, pertaining to height and setback standards.
One portion of the addition is proposed to be 34 feet in
height and another portion would be 31 feet in height, where
28 feet is the height limit in the RH Zoning District. The
proposed additional also includes a portion of the building
to have a front yard setback of approximately 17 feet where
25 feet is required. The project site contains approximately
12,975 square feet. The existing home contains approximately
3,400 square feet including a two-car garage and would be
a total of approximately 4,600 square feet including a two
car garage, workshop area, and upstairs storage space if
developed as proposed.

2. 558 King Street (Michael and Nicole Hoefer):
Application for a Variance, per the requirements of Article
5.9(b) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a side yard setback
of 2 feet, 4 inches where a minimum
of 5 feet is required. The lot is approximately 6500 square feet and is located
in the “R-1” (Residential-Single Family) Zoning District.
