1. 870 Seminole Way (Leon Shirman):
Application for a Variance, pursuant to the requirements of
Article 30.2.1(a) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a parking
space in the (exterior) side yard setback, whereas, typically,
parking in this setback is not permitted. The corner lot is
at the intersection of Seminole Way and East Lake Way. The
lot is approximately 11,100 square feet and is located in
the “R-1-7” (Residential-Single Family, minimum
lot size of 7,000 sq. ft.) Zoning District.
