1. 410 Brewster Ave. (Anthony De Angelo for San Francisco Pet Imaging):
Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 18.4(f) of the Zoning Ordinance, for IAMS Pet Imaging Center to occupy a 4,200 square foot tenant space that would be used as a small animal veterinary medical office, including an MRI scan room, offices, reception area, and a conference room for evening training classes. Animals would not be allowed to board overnight. The site is .61 acres and is in the “IP” (Industrial Park) Zoning District.

2. 935 Brewster Ave. (David Ciardella for Rent-A-Center):
Application for a Use Permit to allow the continued use of a “rent to own” furniture store, with some modifications to the previously-granted Use Permit (UP 2002-48). The furniture store is in a one-story, two-tenant commercial building, with Rent-A-Center occupying approximately 2,740 square feet. The site is situated on the South side of Brewster Avenue and is bounded by Commercial Way to the West and Perry Street to the East. The site area is approximately 15,200 square feet and is located in the Central Business Retail (CBR) Zoning District.

3. 323 Woodside Road (Shahin Nazarian):
Application for a Use Permit to allow for the operation of a “smog testing only” facility within the General Commercial “CG” Zoning District. The proposed use would be located within an existing 4,000 square foot one-story, two-tenant commercial building. The site is situated on the South side of Woodside Road just East of the Hetch-Hetchy easement. The subject property is a 7,948 square foot triangular parcel.
