Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to the requirements
of Article 38.3 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow installation
of a wireless telecom facility co-location on the roof of
an existing hospital building. The lot is approximately 11.5
acres and is located in the “PO” (Professional
Office) Zoning District.

2. 1790 Industrial Way (Samer Mogannam)
Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to the requirements
of Article 17.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the
use of a vacant, land locked parcel as a towing storage yard.
Access to the towing yard would be provided via Industrial
Way. The subject use would be separated from the existing
bread manufacturing facility (located in front of the subject
parcel) by a controlled chain link fence. The subject property
is approximately 4,800 square feet and is located within
the Industrial Restricted “IR” Zoning District.
