Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to the requirements of Article 17.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the use of a vacant, land locked parcel as a towing storage yard. Access to the towing yard would be provided via Industrial Way. The subject use would be separated from the existing bread manufacturing facility (located in front of the subject parcel) by a controlled chain link fence. The subject property is approximately 4,800 square feet and is located within the Industrial Restricted “IR” Zoning District.
