Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 33 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow commercial retail space in a portion an existing 2- story storage building. The storage building is approximately 12,500 sq. ft. and is primarily used for personal/self storage. The proposed retail space is approximately 400 sq. ft. and will be used to sell used clothing and accessories. This particular space was previously used as an office. The lot is approximately 6,800 square feet and is located in the Central Business “CB” Zoning District.

2. 226 Edgewood Road (Allan Lee)

Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 33 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow the renovation and interior re-configuration of the existing “carriage house” (circa 1879) situated at the rear of the property. The “carriage house” will not be physically expanded, all improvements are internal or to the façade only. The property, which is historically significant (historic landmark under a Mills Act contract), contains the main residence, a detached 2-car garage with an art studio and the subject “carriage house”. The lot is approximately 26,639 square feet and is located in the Single-Family Residential “R- 1” Zoning District.
