Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to the requirements of Article 20.4.A of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the operation of a commercial recreational aquatic center, which includes a rowing, paddling club and a marina. The site includes a marina, docks and ramps, a 32 x 60 foot metal building with storage and office space, and outdoor boat racks. The subject use would be located on a 33,193 square foot parcel within the Tidal Plain “TP” Zoning District.
