1,089 square feet of an existing commercial building. The
subject property is a 3,395 parcel within the General Commercial “CG” Zoning
District and is currently nonconforming with respect to the
number of on-site parking spaces.

which states that any nonresidential use or structure that
is nonconforming due to the number, size or location of parking

office, would occupy the existing 1,550 square foot commercial
building. The subject property is a 9,100 parcel within the
Multifamily-High Density - Office “R5-O” Zoning
District and is currently nonconforming with respect to the
number of on-site parking spaces with seven (7) where eight
(8) are required.
