Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to the requirements
of Article 38.3 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow installation
of a wireless telecom facility including a “snack shack” equipment
cabinet and a mono-pine tree containing six antennas. The
facility would be located on the 20-acre, Elk’s Lodge
golf course in the “RH-20” (Residential Hillside-20,000
sq. ft. minimum lot size) Zoning District.

2. 2560 El Camino Real (Ramon Valverde – Pronto
Pizza)
The applicant has submitted an application for a Use Permit
to allow for the sale and service of beer and wine at an
existing restaurant, which is located within a commercial
building at 2560 El Camino Real. The project site is located
within the General Commercial - Residential “CG-R” Zoning
District on a parcel of approximately 1,700 square feet.
