Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 18.4 to allow for a medical office use within an existing commercial office building. The proposed use would utilize approximately 12,986 square feet of the second floor office space for medical office. The subject use would require 65 parking spaces of the 286 provided on-site. The subject property is a 3.78 acre parcel which is currently developed with an 85,816 square foot 3-story office building within the Industrial Park - Vehicular “IP-V” Zoning District.
