Application for a Planned Development Permit for a new 7,800 square foot two-story medical office building in the General Commercial (CG) Zoning District.

2. 890 Broadway (High Tech High School):
Application for a Use Permit for a Charter High School to occupy a 30,300 square foot office building on a site containing approximately 59,000 square feet located in the Industrial Restricted (IR) Zoning District. The property contains 80 parking stalls which equates to one stall per five students for a 400 student school. Exterior recreation yard and lunch areas are also proposed.

Application of Citibank for a Use Permit, under Ordinance No. 1130, Article 26, Section 26.4 H, to allow a ground floor dependent administrative office (6,258 square feet) and bank branch (3,987 square feet) within the "CBR" (Central Business Retail) District.

4. 203 West Oakwood Blvd. (Stephanie Buech/ Darin Ellingson)
Application for a Variance under Ordinance No. 1130, Article 5, Section 5.9 C, to allow a 19-foot long addition to an existing single-family residence to have a 6 foot rear yard setback where a 20-foot rear yard setback is normally required.
