1. 1550 Alameda de las Pulgas (The Alaris Group for Metro PCS)
Application of Metro PCS for a Use Permit to allow a wireless telecommunication facility on church (Temple Beth Jacob) property. The project entails the installation of three panel antennas that will be placed (co-located) on an existing T-Mobile monopole. Existing T–Mobile antennas will be replaced with three antennas to match the three new, flush mounted Metro PCS antennas. Metro PCS also proposes to install equipment cabinets, a micro accelerator, cable tray, service light, a seven-foot high fence and landscaping on property located in the “R-1” (Single-Family Residential) District.
