Pursuant to Article 26, Section 4.M of the Zoning Ordinance, the applicant has applied for a Use Permit, to allow food service, including the sale of liquor and other alcoholic beverages, in conjunction with the existing Performing Arts and Event operations at the Sequoia / Fox Theater Facility. The proposed site is situated along Broadway, between Middlefield Road and Hamilton Street. The existing site is located within the Central Business Retail (CBR) District.
