Application of Messiah Lutheran Church for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 30.3 A. and 33, Section 19 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow pastoral living quarters, a 1,880 square foot single-family residence, and a 792 square foot, two-car garage with storage on existing church property containing 104 surface parking stalls. The residence would reduce on-site parking from 104 to 94 stalls; the garage would remove three additional stalls leaving a total of 91 remaining stalls. The subject site is approximately 2.2 acres and is located in the Residential Duplex (R-2) Zoning District.
