1. 1250 Jefferson Ave. (Harvindar Billon for Whole Foods Market):

Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to section 13.4(H) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a temporary farmers market, consisting of 10-12 farmers, who will set-up stalls in one of the drive aisles in the Whole Foods Market parking lot on Sundays between 10AM-12PM. The proposed farmers market will be held for up to six consecutive Sundays commencing on October 8, 2006.  The store area is approximately 39,000 square feet with 157 parking stalls and is located within the Neighborhood Commercial (CN) Zoning District.
