Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 38, Section 3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a wireless telecommunication facility on the roof-top of an existing two-story commercial office building. The property contains 23 on-site parking spaces. The proposed project involves the installation and integration of six panel antennas within the existing parapet and extending the parapet with fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) on the rooftop and three equipment cabinets which will be placed on the ground level within the building.
