    Application for a Variance to allow for the reconstruction of an eight-foot (8’) wide by fifteen-foot (15’) long portable nonconforming garden shed  in the side yard setbacks over an storm drain easement.  The parcel is approximately 82 feet wide and 125 feet deep with a storm drain easement on the west side of the property and a City of Redwood City Pumping station on the southwest corner of the property.   Additionally, the rear yard backs up to the Redwood Shores lagoon.  The subject property is located in the Residential Single-family (R-1) Zoning District.

    Application of Maher Zada for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 15, of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow an existing delicatessen/market to sell liquor. The deli/market, which is approximately 1,000 square feet in an existing multi-tenant commercial/retail building on Woodside Road currently sells beer and wine. The site it located in the General Commercial – Combined Residential Zoning District and is approximately 13,700 square feet in area and has 28 on-site parking spaces.  The deli includes food assembly but not cooking with limited seating for indoor and outdoor dining. As an accessory use, liquor sales for off-site consumption are also proposed.

    Application of Chris Lincoln (dba 24seven) for a Use Permit, pursuant to section 14.4(L) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a small circuit training fitness facility within the Redwood Shores Shopping Center. The building is approximately 2,207 square feet.  The site is approximately 11.365 acres and is located in the Central Business (CB) Zoning District.
