1. 837 Jefferson Ave. (Byrtus Group, Inc./Tarboosh Restaurant):

Application for a Use Permit Pursuant to Section 26.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for live music, belly dancing, sale of liquor, and the possibility of extending the hours of operation in a CBR Zoning District.  The site consists of approximately 3,690 square feet.  The establishment has an agreement with the City/United States Postal Services (USPS) to use the adjacent parcel to the south of Tarboosh for outside dinning.
