Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to section 15.4(O) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a massage therapy business in a 2,852 square foot tenant space within the Mervyn’s Plaza Shopping Center. The site is approximately five acres, contains 1,109 parking spaces and is located in the General Commercial (CG) Zoning District.

Application for a Use Permit, pursuant to Article 15, section 4(E) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a fast food restaurant in a multi-tenant shopping center.  The proposed restaurant will occupy a tenant space which is approximately 2,160 sq. ft. in size and the total area of the building is approximately 11,688 square feet.  The site is approximately 40,990 square feet and is located in the General Commercial-Residential (CG-R) Zoning District.  The property contains a total of 56 parking spaces.
