  1. 133 Somerset Street (Raymond and Melodi Barri):

Application for a Variance to allow the reduction of a side yard setback to two (2) feet, where a five (5) foot side yard setback would otherwise be required by the Zoning Ordinance, to accommodate a detached utility and storage structure.  Section 43.1 of the Zoning Ordinance states the Zoning Administrator shall have the power to grant Variances from the terms of this ordinance in respect to yard requirements. The lot size is approximately 9,300 square feet, and is located within the Single-Family Residential “R-1” Zoning District.

  1. 3215 Oak Knoll Drive (Emerald Market):

Application for a Use Permit to allow an outdoor BBQ and live music event every 3rd Saturday/ month from 10am-3pm. The live music would play from 11am -230pm. Food would be provided by Emerald Market and all proceeds would go to charities in the community. The site is just under an acre in size, contains 62 parking spaces and is located within the CN (Commercial Neighborhood) Zoning District.

  1. 875 Woodside Road ( Metro PCS):

Application for a Use Permit and Architectural Permit to allow Metro PCS to install a wireless telecommunication facility on an existing residential apartment building. The proposed project would involve the installation of six new wireless antenna panels within an existing rooftop elevator shaft. The elevator shaft would be extended by two feet in height to accommodate the antennas, resulting in an overall height of six feet, six inches. The project also includes a rooftop GPS antenna and entry enclosure, vertical cable tray, and telecommunication equipment contained within an existing, enclosed, ground level building storage area. The property is located in the “CG-R” (General Commercial- Residential Overlay) District.
