Application of Sigona’s Farmers Market pursuant to section 13.4 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance for a Use Permit to sell beer and wine. Sigona’s Farmers Market operates seven days a week offering fruits and vegetables and grocery items. Beer and wine would be for sales only and no consumption would be allowed on site. The site is 46,725 square feet which contains 56 parking spaces on site. The grocery store is located within the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District.

Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Section 17.4.H of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow for any other use not otherwise listed in this article which is determined to be of the same general character as the uses permitted by this article. As submitted, the proposed use consists of the operation of two indoor soccer fields within an existing warehouse building. The proposed use would operate generally from 10:00 AM to Midnight, seven days a week. The subject property is approximately 14,000 square feet and is located within the Industrial Restricted “IR” Zoning District.
