1. 4009 Farm Hill Blvd. (Alan Hansen):
Application for a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AMENDMENT, pursuant
to Article 46.10 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow the
expansion of the single family residence. The scope of
work includes an approximately 330 square foot expansion
at the rear of the residence, which will comprise of a
new family room. The property, located within the Farm
Hill Casitas Planned Unit Development Association, is approximately
3,817 square feet in size and is located in the Residential-Hillside
(RH) Zoning District.

2. 139 Jackson Avenue (David Pelayo):
Application for a USE PERMIT, pursuant to Article 33 of the
Zoning Ordinance, to allow the reconstruction and expansion
of a garage containing a duplex. The scope of work includes
reconstructing a two-car garage at the rear of the property
and constructing uninhabitable storage spaces above the
garage for the two existing dwelling units on the property.
The lot will contain four covered parking spaces (two spaces
for each unit). The property is approximately 7,000 square
feet in size and is located in the Residential-Multi-family
medium density (R-4) Zoning District.

3. 305 Main Street (Green Building Exchange):
Application for a USE PERMIT, pursuant to section 18.4 of
the Zoning Ordinance, to allow the sale, display, and education
of environmentally friendly products. The application states
that the Green Building Exchange (GBE) will be occupying
the ground floor of this building for the time being will
be open seven (7) days a week during the hours of 10 am
to 8 pm. The GBE will have a reception area, retail area,
offices, training room/classroom and exhibits within the
building. The site is approximately 2.374 acres with 182
parking stalls on site located within the IP (Industrial
Park) District.
