Application for a Use Permit pursuant to Article 26.4.H
of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow for a ground-floor
dependent office in the Central Business Retail “CBR” Zoning
District. More specifically, the 28,000 square foot property
is developed with a 14,000 square foot multi-story commercial
office building. Under the proposed application the property
owner would be subdividing the ground floor to accommodate
multiple tenants. Unite American Bank would like to occupy
2,212 square feet along the western most edge of the building
with a commercial business banking operation.

Application for a Planned Development Permit to allow
for the construction of a rear yard deck on a single family
residence located at 612 Marlin Court. The proposed property
is located adjacent to the Redwood Shores Lagoon and the
application is pursuant to the Redwood Shores Lagoon Bank
Policy and Construction Guidelines for the construction
of a 24’6” wide
by 11’2” deep rear yard deck.
