  1. 535 East Bayshore (Boardwalk Chevrolet):

An application for a Use Permit to allow new and used car sales in a commercial zoning district.  The proposed change is for the sale of new cars; the existing facility sells used cars.  The property is located on East Bayshore Road between the Century Movie theaters and the Toyota dealership.  The lot is comprised of approximately 24,000 square feet.  The auto dealership is located within the CG (Commercial General) Zoning District.

  1. 455 Starboard  (Thomas Davenport):

An application for a Planned Development Amendment to allow for the construction of a floating boat dock.  The proposal includes the installation of a 128 square foot floating wood dock at the rear of the property on the Redwood Shores lagoon.  The property is located on Starboard Drive in a single-family neighborhood.  The site area is approximately 3,990 square feet and is developed with a 1,881 square foot single-family residence.  The property is located within the Residential-Duplex (R-2) Zoning District.
