    Application for a Variance, to allow the construction of a new, two-story single family residence on a substandard sized lot.  Pursuant to Article 33.2 of the Zoning Ordinance a Variance shall be obtained in order to develop substandard lots.  The minimum lot size for a single family residence is 4,000 square feet.  The subject lot is approximately 2,425 square feet and it is located within the Residential-Multi-family-Low Density (R-3) Zoning District.
