  1. 1180 – 1190 Main Street (Pets In Need):

An application for a Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to section 17.4 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, to operate an animal adoption facility.  Pets In Need proposes to occupy two industrial buildings on Main Street for 18 to 24 months to house dogs and cats for adoption.  The building that will house dogs will consist of 1,982 square feet and the building that will house the cats and an administrative office will consist of 4,454 square feet.  Pets In Need proposes to operate during the hours of 8:30AM to 6:00PM seven days a week for staff and noon to 6:00PM Thursday through Sunday for adoption hours.  The site is 23,462 square feet with seven parking spaces on-site.  The site is located within the Industrial Restricted (IR) Zoning District.
