275 Shoreline Drive (OmniPoint for T-Mobile):
Application for T-Mobile c/o OmniPoint Communications
Inc. for a Use Permit and Architectural Permit to allow
a wireless telecommunication facility on the roof-top
of an existing eight-story commercial office building.
The proposed project involves the installation and integration
of eight panel antennas Mounted behind a fiber reinforced
plastic (FRP) screen wall placed on the rooftop. Additionally,
four equipment cabinets will be placed inside the interior
penthouse at the roof level. The property is located
on the north side of Shoreline Boulevard in the Shorebreeze
office park comprised of 9.167 acres. The project
site is located within the Commercial Park (CP) District.
