Here is How to Apply to Participate in
Toilet Rebate Program
Participation in the Toilet Rebate Program is easy! Once you've purchased your new toilet, had it installed, and properly disposed of your old toilet, all you need to do is
complete an application, and send it in with your receipt (rebate not applicable to any toilet disposal costs).
