You're Ready to Apply to Participate in
Redwood City's FREE Toilet REPLACEMENT Program

Participation in this Toilet Replacement Program is easy! All you need to do is to complete and submit an application by mail or in person. Once the application is approved, the City’s professional contractor will contact you for a convenient appointment to install your new toilet, and haul away your old water-waster.
