Experienced instructor Angela Ng-Quinn will offer Tai Chi classes:
- Tai Chi hand-form: to develop strength, balance, and coordination through the cultivation of a strong rooted stance, a stabilizing trunk, and flexible arm movements;
- Silk-reeling Exercises: Spiral movements and muscle relaxation that open up our joints to promote flexibility and energy circulations within our body;
- Standing Meditation: to cultivate internal energy (qi) and qi flow to enhance the immune system and to reduce physical and mental stress.
Join us for a series of five classes for beginners and intermediate level participants suggested for ages 18+
