Adult Makers: Lotería Cactus Painting

We'll be painting the cactus card from the game Lotería which is extremely popular in Mexican communities. The game is originally Italian, but has been deeply loved and passed on through generations of Mexicans. The card reads "El Nopal" and participants will paint on canvas, with washable paints, guided step-by-step by artist Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo. Space is limited, please register for this event HERE.

For ages 13+.  In the Makerspace.

Sponsored by Friends of the Redwood City Public Library
