Join us in the Teen Center for a creative, hands-on program where participants design and assemble phone charms, bracelets, and keychains using Black History Month–themed beads. This program combines crafting with cultural celebration, allowing participants to express creativity while honoring Black history and heritage. For grades 6 to 12.

A Black History Month and RCPL CARES event.
