Founded in 1859, Union Cemetery is a State and National Historic site. Many of the early settlers of Redwood City and surrounding area are buried here.
Notable people include the first President of the Women’s Suffrage Association, a former enslaved person who was well loved and an almost forgotten, and a County Sheriff who drowned saving the lives of others.
This is a free tour and an easy one-hour walk. Meet at the kiosk.
