This talk offers practical strategies, emotional validation, and compassionate guidance to help parents and caregivers navigate difficult moments with their neurodiverse kids.&nbsp;</p><p>Kaitlin Soule is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Expert in California who specializes in Women and Teen Mental Health, Modern Parenthood, and Anxiety Disorders. She is the author of <b>A Little Less of a Hot Mess: The Modern Mom’s Guide to Growth and Evolution</b>, and the forthcoming book <b>That Makes So Much Sense…</b>, which explores late ADHD diagnosis in women through the lens of shame, identity, and personal power.
