About the Survey
Redwood City periodically conducts a citywide survey (typically every other year) to measure community satisfaction with City services, programs, quality of life, and sense of community. The feedback is a key source of information for developing the City's budget and service recommendations.
The National Community Survey™ is a nationally recognized tool used by hundreds of cities across the country to assess community "livability." The survey was developed by experts at Polco in partnership with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
