Finance

The Finance Department is comprised of Revenue Services and Financial Services.

Revenue Services handles utility billing including water, sewer and garbage (garbage billings are performed for Recology San Mateo County per contract) and collections, business license administration, receipt and deposit of all cash received by the City, purchase order processing, and accounts receivable.

Financial Services manages payroll, accounts payable, accounting, preparation of the budget and annual financial reporting, treasury management including investments, debt administration, general liability and property risk management.
