New Utility Account Lookup
On September 1, 2020, the City updated all customer utility account numbers to nine digits with a dash (example: 1234567-89).
To find your new utility account number:
- Enter your previous six-digit account in the box below and click “LOOKUP”.
- Your new nine-digit account number will appear above the box.
Please remember you must update your account number for any bill payments you schedule directly through your financial institution/bank.
