PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT AT THE MEETING:

All public comments are subject to a 2-minute time limit unless otherwise determined by the Mayor, in accordance with the City Council's Guide to Communications & Business, available here. In-person speakers will be called first, followed by virtual attendees.
