*Due to City Hall's closure in response to Covid-19, a Claim can only be served by U.S. mail, or in-person at the Redwood City Police Department, 1301 Maple Street, Redwood City between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

A recent amendment to Government Code section 910.4 requires that all claims against public entities be submitted on claim forms supplied by the public entity.
