Redwood City Affordable Housing Program Guidelines
The Affordable Housing Program Guidelines (“Guidelines”) are the implementation document for Article 29 of the City's Zoning Code, also known as the Affordable Housing Ordinance (“Ordinance”).
The Guidelines provide a detailed overview of the Ordinance requirements and are intended as a resource for developers, property managers, current and potential tenants and homebuyers of affordable units, and the general public.

Las Pautas del Programa de Vivienda Asequible (“Pautas”) son el documento de implementación del Artículo 29 del Código de Zonificación de la Ciudad, también conocido como Ordenanza de Vivienda Asequible (“Ordenanza”).
