ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

The Community Development Director or his/her designee serves as the Zoning Administrator (ZA). The ZA issues land use permits, variance permits, architectural permits, and other permits that are minor in nature and include specific findings of fact to support the decision and conditions of approval. Some permits are administrative determinations, while others require a noticed public hearing.
