National Night Out
National Night Out is an annual community-building event that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, and fosters Redwood City's sense of community.
Millions of neighbors take part in National Night Out across the country in thousands of communities. Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, cookouts and various other community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, exhibits and much more.
Join neighbors for this year's National Night Out on August 5, 2025 from 6-8 p.m., featuring fun events throughout Redwood City neighborhoods.

- 1500 El Camino Real (Downtown) @ 2nd Floor Courtyard (6:30-8:30 PM)
- Friendly Acres @ Andrew Spinas Park
- Mt. Carmel/Edgewood Park @ Stafford Park
- Redwood Shores @ Pennant Ct
- Harbor Court (Redwood Shores) @ Monaco Dr/Shearwater Pkwy
- Redwood Village @ Flynn Ave/Spring St
- Stambaugh-Heller/Palm Park @ Jardin de Niños Park
- Woodside Plaza @ Maddux Park (4-8 PM)
