Thank you for your cooperation while we all do our best to shelter in place and "flatten the curve" by preventing the spread of the coronavirus. In an effort to lower exposure for our community, the following changes have been made.

All Picnic Reservations through April 12 have been cancelled and refunds will be issued for any paid reservations. No new picnic reservations will be taken for dates between now and May 31. You may continue to make reservations beyond June 1. Our Facility Team will work with renters on rescheduling or refunding fees.

There's no need to get up at the crack of dawn (or earlier) to run out to your favorite park and sit on a table to reserve your spot. Eleven of Redwood City's beautiful parks have picnic areas to reserve year-round. The cost is only $20 per table. Multiple tables are available in each area. (There is an extra $20 fee per area for non-residents/businesses.)

Before you rent our picnic areas, there is important information that you will need to know. It's important to look over our guidelines prior to renting.

NOTE: Tables not located at a designated picnic site may be used on a first-come first-serve basis.

Please Note: Only one picnic reservation is allowed per area, per day (i.e. you may not reserve an area in the afternoon if it is taken in the morning or vice versa. You may reserve multiple areas.)
