There's no need to get up at the crack of dawn (or earlier) to run out to your favorite park and sit on a table to reserve your spot. Nine of Redwood City's beautiful parks have picnic areas to reserve year-round. Multiple tables are available in each area. (There is an extra $20 fee per area for non-residents/businesses.)
A picnic permit is required for any activity involving 25 or more people.

Please Note: Only one picnic reservation is allowed per area, per day (i.e. you may not reserve an area in the afternoon if it is taken in the morning or vice versa. You may reserve multiple areas.)
